How do I track my shipment?

You can track every order in real time from the app, and your case manager will keep you updated on pickup, customs clearance, and delivery milestones.

What payment methods are accepted?

We accept secure payments through our trusted payment partners. All transactions are encrypted, and we never store your full card details on our servers.

How can I reach my case manager?

Once your request is created, you can message your case manager directly through in-app chat or WhatsApp, or call our support line during support hours.

How do I request a refund or report an issue?

How do I delete my account?
