How to request deletion
Send an email to support@nrimart.com from the email address registered with your NRI Mart account. Use the subject line “Account Deletion Request” and include your registered name and phone number so we can verify your identity.
Data that will be deleted
When we process your request, the following data is permanently removed from your NRI Mart account:
- Profile information (name, email, phone, profile photo)
- Saved addresses (pickup and delivery)
- Order history and shopping requests
- Saved preferences and settings
Data retention
Some transaction records may be retained for legal and accounting purposes for up to 90 days after deletion. After this period, all retained records are deleted or anonymized.
What happens next
- 1We receive your email and verify it matches your registered account.
- 2We confirm receipt and may contact you for any open orders or pending shipments.
- 3We delete your profile, addresses, order history, and saved preferences.
- 4You receive a confirmation email once deletion is complete.
Please note
Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. Make sure all open orders and shipments have been completed before requesting deletion. If you only want to stop notifications or marketing emails, you can manage those preferences in the app instead.
